I'm Lamin. I started coaching because I was tired of seeing people pushed through crash diets and punishing workouts that never lasted past a few months. Sustainable change looks different — and it's the only kind I'm interested in helping you build.
My approach is calm, honest and personal. We start with where you actually are: your lifestyle, your schedule, your past injuries, your relationship with food. Then we build a plan that fits — not one you have to fight to follow.
